3 Track progress
Make sure you have a way to track progress through the year, via a chart/whiteboard/app etc. Regularly monitor your progress to stay on course. Tracking allows you to see small wins and recalibrate when necessary.
4 Reward good behaviour
How are you planning to incentive yourself when you see good traction and progress? Celebrate milestones along the way. Rewarding yourself encourages motivation and reinforces positive habits.
5 Nominate a Buddy
Share your goals with someone you trust, e.g. a friend, partner, coach. Having someone who can keep you accountable increases commitment and provides valuable support during tough moments.
6 Environment design
Create a physical space that supports your goals. Organising your environment to reduce distractions (declutter) or make desired actions easier can minimise friction and boost productivity.
7 Communicate
Let your friends and family know about your goals. When others understand your aspirations, they can offer encouragement and help you stay motivated or atleast not become a blocker for your dreams.
