In a conversation with Merlyn Hernandez Marin from Dulce Trio Cakes in Hills area, NSW about her life story and purpose. Merlyn is an absolutely brilliant cake artist, pastry chef, teacher and business owner. Her story of starting her business from scratch without much of a support system, withstanding every test and turmoil and continuing to grow and flourish is outstanding and truly inspiring.
